What is a Tap Truck, and how is it different than any other Beverage Caterer?

This is the number one question we get asked. Our Tap Truck is outfitted with 4 taps on the outside of the truck, allowing us to serve your guests right from the truck. Our classic 1950 Ford is what brings the unique element to your events. Think of us as a party within the party.

What beverages are on tap?

Our taps are equipped to serve just about any beverage you can think of. Sodas, teas, lemonades, punches, cold coffees, infused waters, etc. We here at Citrus & Barley even love making custom flavored drinks tailored just for you and your guests. Mix it up, live a little, we got you.

Is it legal to serve alcohol from the truck?

Citrus & Barley respects and follows all of the Utah State Liquor Laws. For this reason, and for the safety of you and your guests, Citrus & Barley is not able to serve alcohol from our taps.

Can I rent Coral without a tap-tender?

While we don’t normally rent out our friends, we will be willing to make an exception for Coral. We have had may inquire about renting the truck for photo opportunities, or for DIY events not needing tap tenders. To this we say, “why not?” Feel free to reach out for more info and pricing.
